Duet AI was already being adapted to WorkSpace, but the novelty allows this software to take the place of the participant in meetings through the “Take notes for me” function.

Duet AI will not be able to take your place, nor will it be able to replace you in your meetings, since it will only work as an assistant that can take notes of ideas that are exchanged in the meeting, so that you do not lose any information that may come to you. be issued at the meeting. In addition, it will allow the owner to attend other meetings or prioritize which ones their participation will be imperative.

This new tool from Google can take annotations in real time, as well as record crucial action items and even capture relevant video clips. At the end of the meeting, he will send all the participants a detailed summary of what was raised, which will allow everyone to be on the same channel and take the appropriate measures.
