In a video you can see a subject allegedly pushed his grandmother out of a first-floor window, falling face-first onto the concrete, leaving her bleeding, after stabbing his mother numerous times in The Bronx, authorities reported.

The footage shows the reaction of the 88-year-old woman hanging out of a window at 1812 Clay Avenue around 7 a.m. Friday as her 61-year-old daughter stands on the sidewalk.

The mother, who was wearing a white T-shirt with much of it red from the blood emanating from her wounds, seemed to be saying something to the old woman halfway outside the window.

Seconds later, two hands can be seen pushing the elderly woman from the window. Her body slowly slides out of the opening before falling onto the concrete sidewalk.

The alleged shooter’s grandmother turns around and appears to be bleeding from her nose and mouth, according to video obtained by The New York Post.

A witness, identified as building superintendent Ernest Thompson, said he got out what the noise was outside and saw his tenants in this dire situation.

“I ran out and saw his mutilated neck and side,” he said. “Then I told him: ‘Wait for me. I’m going to put compression on you to apply the wounds.

“Before I had a chance to get a few feet away, her son was pushing his grandmother right out the window,” she said.

Thompson said she took Grandma and tried to comfort her about what had just happened.

“When she fell, I just grabbed her and said, ‘Don’t move.’ Stay here. I’m getting help,’” she said, as she crouched on the ground and held her arms out to Grandma.

“At that moment, the police were crossing the street and the paramedics were stopping at the corner. So there was nothing else I could do for them professionally except pray for them.”

Likewise, he stated that he did not know much about the subject who assaulted the two women, except that he has been living in the apartment for at least two years.

“Seeing my tenant, who is one of my best tenants, plunged into such despair, I don’t know how to react,” she said.

“I haven’t digested it yet. I haven’t been able to process it yet. This is not even 48 hours old yet. I’m trying to pray for them and I hope they’re both okay.”

The elderly woman and the suspect’s mother were taken to Saint Barnabas in stable condition.

So far they have not been identified by the New York Police Department.

The attacker, identified as Randy Sierra, 38, was found inside the apartment with a self-inflicted stab wound to the chest.

He was taken to the same hospital in critical condition and was charged with assault, the NYPD said.

The grandmother told police that she opened the window to call for help because her grandson was scaring her, moments before he pushed her out of the window.

“I was seven steps away,” the building superintendent said. “I could have caught her if I had turned around fast enough.”
