The Colombian striker for América in Liga MX, Julián Quiñones, is training with the Mexican team and is ready to debut with El Tri, but for this he must wait for the nationalization letter that ratifies him as Mexican.

However, Quiñones will work with the group until this Thursday, when he will leave the concentration since he cannot play matches with the national team until he receives his naturalization letter, which the institution assured is close to reaching him.
Lozano’s goal is for Quiñones to start an “integration process” so that he gets used to the style of play of the strategist who gave Mexico the Olympic bronze medal in Tokyo 2020.
“Quiñones has been in Mexican soccer for a long time, he has a lot of quality and I think he will be a very important element that will add up a lot,” said Kevin Álvarez, América’s winger, who spoke to the media from the Alto Center Performance, about the Colombian striker.
According to local press reports, Quiñones is expected to make his debut for Mexico in the friendly matches on October 14 against Ghana, and against Germany on the 17th, duels that will also be played in the United States.
