As reported by the Rosenberg Police Department to Fox News, the accident occurred around 11:20 am this Monday, at a Denny’s restaurant located on Highway 59.

The vehicle, a maroon-colored Jeep SUV, crashed into the south wall of the building, causing property damage and injuring 23 people inside.

Rosenberg Police Chief Jonathan White said the victims ranged in age from 12 to 60 and their injuries ranged from minor cuts to serious injuries, but none were life-threatening.

“All of the injured were conscious at the time they were transported to local hospitals,” White said.

The driver of the vehicle was not harmed and was questioned by police at the scene, according to authorities.
