The current owners of the mansion built for golfer Jesper Parnevik have decided it is time to leave the place located in Jupiter, Florida, behind. The residence has just entered the real estate market with a cost of $16.75 million dollars.
According to information shared by ‘Mansion Global’, Elin Nordegren, ex-wife of professional golfer Tiger Woods, lived for a time in the property’s guest house. Nordegren is known to have worked as a nanny for the Parnevik family.
This property was originally built in 2000 and was always intended for the famous Swedish golfer and his family; However, Parnevik decided to sell it in 2021. That was the last recorded sale.
It is known that these last owners invested money in a remodeling that has just been completed, which seems to indicate that their intention from the beginning was investment and they did not want to live in the place.
Between the main house and the guest house there is a total of 15,066 square feet with nine bedrooms, six full bathrooms and four half bathrooms.
The main house is spread over three floors and also has a large foyer, living room, main room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and other amenities.
In the recently shared photos, it is seen that the place is a blank canvas ready for the new owner to decorate it to his liking.
In addition to the main house is the aforementioned guest house, a garage with capacity for several vehicles and a private dock.
Outside there are green areas, a swimming pool, a terrace and other spaces ideal for enjoying the outdoors.
