Cash, fine jewelry and designer clothing with an estimated value of just over $1 million were stolen from Eduin Caz at his Miami home.
This was revealed by a source close to the Grupo Firme vocalist, who noticed the incident when he returned home after going to the gym.
“It was a lot of money, and I tell you this because of what he had and what he always brings with him, and I tell you this because of my own understanding of what the things they took cost.”
“He has a very nice collection of watches, I don’t know if they took all of them or half, but I know that several of the items he uses on shows, both watches and chains, were there (in the house),” the source indicated. .
The performer of hits like “Ya Supérame”, who was resting in the city of Florida after a year with many presentations, had never suffered a robbery of this amount.
“Eduin is on vacation in Miami, he is supposed to be resting, in fact, it was when he went out to the gym that they got into it, it wasn’t even that ‘hey, he was careless’, no; “He was coming from the gym,” he added.
The singer reported the theft on Friday night through his Instagram account.
“I arrived at the house where I am staying and they broke into it. They took all my things,” Eduin wrote in one of his stories.

Then, with a couple of videos, he revealed details and showed concern.
“What a stress, really! They took all the watches, chains, clothes. I still can’t believe it! “He expressed, bewildered.
The source indicated that Miami police arrived at the property and reviewed cameras as part of the investigation.
