The singer and actor Jennifer López is not giving up, and an example of that is her elegant penthouse in Manhattan, New York, which she has been trying to sell since 2017.
López has just put this property up for sale again at a cost of $24.99 million dollars, a figure that is not too far from the $25 million dollars he was asking for during 2019 and 2021.
It should be remembered that the star bought this property in 2014 for $20.16 million dollars and initially put the place up for sale in 2017 for $27 million dollars, but the lack of interested parties caused the price to drop.
Every time the home has entered and left the market it has been in the news, which is surely not so negative for it either, since its name is always present in the media.
The penthouse is located in The Whitman, a building built in the 1920s and located very close to Madison Square Park.
The unit has an area of 10,000 square feet distributed in four bedrooms, eight bathrooms, foyer, living room, great room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and other amenities.
It is strange that the place has not been sold, since it has multiple luxuries inside such as a private elevator, marble-clad walls, recessed lighting and a smart home system.
The chef’s kitchen has white cabinets, a center island, a wine cellar and other high-end appliances.
It also has terraces ideal for sitting down to rest and see the entire city.
