Donald Trump assured this Monday that, if he returns to the White House for a second term, his government will carry out the largest deportation operation in the history of the United States.
“When I return to the White House I will begin the largest deportation in the history of the United States,” he declared at a campaign event in the city of Summerville, in the state of South Carolina.
The candidate for the Republican primaries, who leads the voting intention, stated that he will put an end to all the “open border policies” of the Joe Biden Administration, a proposal that seems to have pleased his supporters, who responded with applause. and hubbub.
Trump said he is confident he will win again in South Carolina.
The magnate, in addition to ratifying his position against illegal immigration, said in recent days that he will invoke the Alien Enemies Law, one of the four Alien and Sedition Laws of 1798, with which restrictions were applied to undocumented immigrants.
“(I will invoke the law to) eliminate all known or suspected gang members, drug traffickers, cartel members from the United States, ending the scourge of illegal foreign gang violence once and for all,” he said.
He rejected, at a rally in Dubuque, Iowa, that there are a large number of gang members in his country, including the Mara Salvatrucha, one of the most dangerous organizations in the world.
The former president also promised that he will reestablish and expand the travel ban on citizens of several countries, most of them Muslims from Chad, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Syria and Yemen. At the time, he justified that this would protect the United States from acts of terrorism.
A little over a week ago, in an interview for the program press meet of NBC, condemned that Biden has stopped the construction of the wall on the United States border with Mexico. “All (the Democrat) had to do was keep going to the beach, like he does all the time. “If he had gone to the beach and not touched anything, we would have a different situation at the border,” stated the Republican.
