Fortunately, the subject was located and captured after he attacked a tourist in a cafe in Paris, according to the ‘BFM Paris Île-de-France’ media outlet on Tuesday. Although they did not find him in possession of any explosive device, the man is in custody while the investigation continues.

In that sense, this last source cited assures that the man in question is under psychiatric evaluation before the authorities delve into his criminal record and the reasons that led him to think about causing a tragedy in Paris.
