On September 23, the world of regional Mexican music once again dressed in mourning, after the fatal car accident of Javier Emilio “El Güero”, in Jalisco, Mexico. The accident occurred in the morning, local time, when his truck collided with a pole. The interpreter lost his life. He was 60 years old.

The impact of the crash caused serious injuries and blows to Javier Emilio Barbosa Sánchez, his full name. Local media have reported that due to the accident the singer suffered the amputation of one of his legs, he also had multiple fractures that left him with head trauma. People en Español magazine assured that the doctors tried to do everything possible to help him, however due to the severity of his injuries there was nothing more to do.

This media has also reported that along with “Güero” there were three other people who were affected by the accident. Three women whose names and relationship are still unknown. The only thing that has emerged is that one of them, 35 years old, is in a reserved and delicate condition, while the other two, one 25 years old and the other 30 years old, were discharged.

Investigations into the case are currently being carried out to find out what caused the accident. It has been reported so far that the vehicle in which the 60-year-old interpreter was traveling was speeding.
