Actor Henry Cavill and singer Dua Lipa join the world of spies in the new film ‘Argylle’.
Directed by Matthew Vaughn, the film shows the plot of Elly Conway, author of the Agent Argylle novels, who will be attacked by some real-life spies.
“Bryce Dallas Howard is Elly Conway, the reclusive author of a series of best-selling spy novels, whose idea of happiness is a night at home with her computer and her cat, Alfie. But, when the plots of Elly’s fictional books, which center on secret agent Argylle and her mission to unravel a global spy syndicate, begin to mirror the covert actions of a real-life spy organization, the quiet nights at home they become a thing of the past,” says Argylle’s description.

Sam Rockwell, Bryan Cranston, Catherine O’Hara, John Cena, Ariana DeBose and Samuel L. Jackson are also part of the cast.
This project is Dua Lipa’s second feature film, after her acting debut in ‘Barbie’.
The script was written by Jason Fuchs, according to Variety; while executive production was carried out by Cloudy Productions, by Matthew Vaughn, Adam Bohling and David Reid, and Fuchs Productions, by Zygi Kamasa, Carlos Peres, Claudia Vaughn and Adam Fishbach.
‘Argylle’ will be distributed by Universal Pictures on February 1, 2024; Later, it will arrive on the Apple TV+ platform.
