Actress and model Jennifer Landon has decided to put up for sale the mansion in Venice Beach, California, which she has owned for 13 years.
Landon, known as Teeter in the later seasons of ‘Yellowstone’ and as the daughter of the late Michael Landon, is asking $1.8 million for the property.
It is known that the actress bought this property in 2010 for $975,000 and that same year the house next door was purchased by Sean Landon, Jen’s half-brother.
Although the property is not located in one of the most luxurious and famous Los Angeles communities, the place is still protected by a large security gate and several trees.
Upon entering the property, its façade draws attention with a large mural depicting a wolf sitting under a Bodhi tree.
The main house is 1,900 square feet on two floors with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, foyer, living room, great room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and other amenities.
Inside, several details stand out such as bamboo floors, high ceilings and more. The kitchen is quite simple with white cabinets, PaperStone countertops and designer appliances.
The place also has a space available to grow herbs and vegetables.
