Irish singer and presenter Ronan Keating is excited about new construction starting at his home in Hertfordshire, England.
Without a doubt this is good news for all those who submit a permit to the authorities to make major renovations to their properties, since many of them are denied or take a long time to be approved.
However, it appears that Keating’s request does not threaten the community. According to information published by the British newspaper ‘The Sun’, what the 46-year-old singer wants to do is build a new garage where he can store his expensive collection of latest model sports vehicles.
The collection includes a £200,000 (almost $250,000) McLaren 650S, a £100,000 (almost $122,000) Mercedes G-Wagen and a Land Rover Defender.
The new structure is said to have a footprint of 32 x 22 feet, which fits perfectly on the nearly 4-acre lot that Keating purchased in 2016. The property is valued at £5 million (just over $6 million). Dollars).
The original structure that was on the land when Keating purchased the place was demolished and construction of a new main house began. He has even shared parts of the new residence on several occasions through his social networks.
The former singer of the band Boyzone shares this property with his wife Storm and their two young children: Cooper, six years old, and Coco, three years old.
