CVS Health is the largest pharmacy in the United States and is continually hiring to work remotely full or part-time.

Woman’s World unveiled nine ways in which you can work for the company from home and in some cases without needing an academic degree.

CVS has many remote jobs that only require a high school diploma or GED. Salary for these non-degree jobs varies depending on position and experience, and pay is between $17 and $29.30 per hour.

1. Customer Service Representative

It requires being a people person with a special ability to answer questions and solve problems patiently. The person in this position assists customers by telephone, Internet, or email who require assistance or information.

2. MinuteClinic Patient Support Coordinator

Experience in healthcare billing and health insurance is required. This position handles phone calls from patients inquiring about tests, treatments, services, customer reimbursements, insurance billing, and general MinuteClinic claims questions.

3. Prior Authorization Coordinator

You need to be detailed, organized and good at writing. This position supports the clinical supervisor by reviewing records and ensuring they are in compliance with federal, Medicare and Medicaid laws.

4. Patient Care Coordinator

This position coordinates the intake of new patients seeking healthcare services. The manager must process referral orders, respond to telephone inquiries, assess patient needs, process patient details, and gather benefit coverage information.

5. Complaints Analyst

Problem solving and time management skills are required by resolving complaints from members involved in the processes. Must coordinate with service providers, medical providers, health plan departments, and others.

6. Associate incoming and outgoing queue

This position requires organizational skills to help patients find appropriate care. The manager must coordinate health services for members, including admission, screenings, and referrals to Aetna health services programs.

7. Claims Processor

Responsibilities of this position include processing claims, calling members and providers to verify information, maintaining claim receipts, and resolving outstanding complaints.

8. Plan Sponsor Services Consultant

For this position, it is necessary to have experience in Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable and ability to talk to people on the phone. Duties of the position include monitoring, investigating, and resolving the collection of outstanding premiums and overdue accounts, as well as handling other billing elements, including adjustments, refunds, and customer payment arrangements.

9. Claims and Billing Representative

Responsibilities of this position include coordinating billing for medications and services, maintaining medical records, entering data for patient registration, and communicating to patients about co-pays and other financial responsibilities.
