The paramedics who responded to the emergency call in relation to the death of Matthew Perry reported that they found prescribed medications in the actor’s house, but no illegal drugs.
This Sunday, the TMZ portal reported that the rescue team denied the presence of any illegal substance near the scene, however, there were several prescription medications at the scene, including antidepressants, anxiolytics and a medication for lung disease. chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
In relation to the last medication mentioned, the Page Six site pointed out that it could be due to the condition of the actor, who on several occasions admitted to having been a smoker, almost his entire life.
Police sources told TMZ that a toxicological examination will be carried out to determine what drugs or medications were in Perry’s body, although this could take months to clarify.
The “Friends” actor spent his last days with a happy face, focused on games of pickleball, however, this weekend, his assistant commented that Perry asked him to buy a new cell phone and some prescription glasses, two hours after obtaining things, he found the star unconscious.
