The actress Ana Brenda Contreras last Sunday afternoon shared a new publication that alarmed those who follow her on the social network of the camera, since she is shown lying in the bed of a health center, wrapped up and smiling.
The businesswoman also wrote a statement in which she explains that the reason for her surgery is because she had breast surgery to make them a little bigger. However, as time went by it caused some discomfort and she decided to have the implants removed last weekend.
“Just two weeks away from choosing what for me is health. After years of postponing it due to the pandemic, working and not feeling well (especially since I had exercise discipline, the body is wise) I finally had the implants removed. Years ago it was ‘fashionable’ to do it and taboo to talk about it. As many things tend to be for us,” she began by saying.
“I am infinitely grateful that a friend shared her process with me and that gave me the push to decide. Women flourish when we surround ourselves with good friends. How necessary it is to open a conversation and do what needs to be done to feel better, listen to the body, recommend tips to each other, tell our experiences and there may be different opinions and experiences, but one thing is real,” added the actress.
Ana Brenda highlighted the importance of going to a specialist when you have an illness, because it is the best way to avoid a diagnosis from which people cannot be saved.
“The importance of regularly checking in with professionals and creating a medical support network. Thank you @doc_merino for all the care. I continue in my recovery process surrounded by a lot of love from friends, family and colleagues, resuming functions, very cared for and above all light and healthy,” she said on her account on the camarita social network.
Before saying goodbye, she took a few seconds of her time to tell her acquaintances that she is willing to receive affection, but in the softest way possible, since she has just had surgery: “Ps. “At the moment only light hugs are accepted.”
