A horrifying video has shocked the community of Brooklyn, New York, showing the moment a crazed neighbor executed a father and his stepson in cold blood during an argument over noise. The tragic event took place on the fourth floor of the building located at 1418 Brooklyn Ave, in the well-known East Flatbush housing complex, on Sunday night.

Footage captured by The New York Post reveals a man dressed all in black, later identified as Jason Pass, 47, visibly enraged in front of his upstairs neighbors’ apartment.

The video does not have audio, so the exact details of the initial discussion remain unknown.

In the course of the confrontation, Pass’s wife and son, 27-year-old Chinwai Mode, join the scene. The father of the family, 47-year-old Bladimy Mathurin, who worked as a school bus driver and enjoyed bodybuilding in his spare time, wields a pair of scissors and angrily confronts the neighbor.

The situation, according to The Post, became even more terrifying when the neighbor in question pulled out a gun and pointed it at Mathurin. Despite noticing the gun, Mathurin tries to walk away, but is hit by a gunshot, falling to the ground.

Mode, who was also in the hallway, tries to escape, but is the victim of multiple gunshots, even after being wounded.

Chillingly, the gunman returns to shoot Mathurin, who is still struggling to get up, and subsequently walks away from the scene. The suspect fled the scene before police could arrest him, according to The Post.

Fugitive from justice

The video evidences the violence of the scene, which culminated in the deaths of Mathurin and Mode due to multiple gunshot wounds to the head and torso, police reported.

Mathurin’s wife, Marie Delille, revealed that her family, originally from Haiti, had been in a dispute with the neighbor over the noise for some time, having previously made six calls to 311 with complaints about it.

“This man hates us with every bone in his body,” the wife told CBS New York about the neighbor. “My husband had no gun or gun. Why did you bring a gun to shoot my family? Why would you bring a gun to separate my family? Because? “Why?” Delille said in statements to ABC 7 NY, as reported by The Post.

Authorities are investigating the case, while family and friends of the victims mourn the loss of two loved ones in a conflict that escalated unimaginably.

The alleged shooter, Jason Pass, has been identified by police, but remains at large.
