A man in Nevada, upset because the abuser who raped him when he was 8 years old was not sentenced to prison, attacked him in full court.

Tylor Fu, now 29, faces a misdemeanor charge of assault for the incident reported at his sentencing hearing Oct. 2 in a Las Vegas courtroom.

In an interview with 8NewsNow last week, Fu said he was extremely upset by the agreement Gross reached with authorities.

“I know that he is old, but that doesn’t change anything; That does not change the damage it caused, the horrible effects that I have had to live with for decades, and no justice was done at all,” the victim declared.

Gross, 80, was leaving the courtroom with his wife and lawyer when Fu stood up and punched him in the face, causing him to fall to the floor.

The depraved man then complained that he briefly lost consciousness and had to be taken to the hospital. The wife alleged that the lenses of the glasses broke due to the impact.

Initially, Gross, who was a friend of Fu’s family, was charged with 26 criminal counts for years of sexual abuse. However, following a deal with prosecutors, he was allowed to consent to an “Alford plea” for a single count of attempted lewdness against a child under 14 years of age.

This type of guilty plea contains an argument of innocence, that is, the defendant pleads guilty, but does not have to specifically admit guilt.

This type of agreement is used in cases where the defendant is not willing to admit guilt. In this way, the person avoids going to trial.

Under the plea that the abuser accepted, he was given a suspended sentence of between 60 and 180 months in state prison.

Only in the event that Gross violates the conditions of probation would he be sent to prison.

As part of the agreement, the elderly man was prohibited from consuming alcohol and marijuana. Additionally, he must stay at least 1,000 feet away from schools and other facilities used by minors.

You must also register as a sex offender. According to evidence presented in court, Gross abused Fu while she was his babysitter. The pattern of abuse continued until he was 15 years old.
