Halloween is a holiday that, despite being American, is already celebrated all over the world and the most important soccer players are no exception.
The Argentines Alejandro Garnacho, Manchester United player; Emiliano “Dibu” Martínez, Aston Villa player, and Mauro Icardi, Galatasaray player, wore fun group costumes with their partners and families.
Garnacho and his partner posted photos on social media dressed as “The Incredibles,” while Icardi and Wanda Nara chose the Dracula theme. The goalkeeper of the Argentine team, for his part, dressed as the Joker.
On the other hand, the Spanish Marcos Llorente from Atlético de Madrid also joined the festivities with a very funny “kidnapped” costume.
One of the most striking costumes was that of the Englishman David Beckham, former Manchester United and Real Madrid player, among others. Through his Instagram account, Beckham showed off his original costume and surprised all of his followers with two gray horns on his forehead.
The Spanish David Villa and his partner dressed up as Pennywise, the clown from ‘It’, while the Italian goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma chose the theme from the movie ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’ with his girlfriend. Another who chose the pirate theme was the Italian Giorgio Chiellini with his wife and his daughters.
This holiday has become an opportunity for footballers to show their fun and creative side through their outfits.
