Internet celebrity Wendy Guevara shared a group of photos showing the renderings of her home that her remodeling team has generated. It must be remembered that a render is an “objective image of an architectural or interior design project.”
Guevara, who was the winner of the last edition of ‘La Casa de los Famosos’, hired the company Pōru Design to be in charge of the project. Investigating the Instagram account of the same company, it was seen that they began working on this project during the first week of September.
“We are delighted to have started this great project. Thank you very much for your trust and enthusiasm,” they wrote in a first publication. This text was accompanied by a video where the work team can be seen making measurements, in creative meetings with Guevara and more.
Pōru Design is led by architects Sayuri Escobar and Jenny Ibarra, who are also proud to be part of the creation of Guevara’s dream home.
Guevara’s home in Mexico now looks very elegant and modern. Reference images show the living room, foyer, dining room, kitchen, bar, dressing room and master bedroom.
They have also previewed a little of the façade of the two-story house. In this image – the last of the group – you can see that they will have their own garage, the front door and large floor-to-ceiling windows. On the other hand, it seems that Guevara will be living in a closed residential complex.
The dark tones used should be highlighted in the interior design of the place. There are black walls, gray furniture and custom shelving made of dark wood. This choice of colors makes the place look extremely elegant.
Although it cannot be clearly identified, there is a covered terrace area with a bar and barbecue area. Guevara will surely receive several guests at the place.
The kitchen cannot be seen very clearly either, but it has a bar, cabinets in lighter tones and will surely be equipped with high-end appliances.
Guevara wrote: “I am very excited about my new project. My house remodeled by the best, another dream come true.”
