YouTuber Logan Paul captured his first WWE championship by defeating Rey Mysterio on Saturday at the WWE Crown Jewel event in Saudi Arabia.
Paul hit a perfect Buckshot Lariat, a fallaway slam off the top rope, and even seemingly saved Mysterio from a nasty fall in a sequence when he pinned the legendary wrestler.
But it was a mitten that helped Paul win the fight. After Mysterio hit the 619, he followed it up with his splash off the top rope, but was met by a right hand from Paul with the illegal weapon in his hands.
Mysterio and Paul argued after the match, and Mysterio told Paul “you know what you did,” referring to the illegal mitt.
