A South Carolina man won an impressive $300,000 prize in a lottery game. The player said he couldn’t believe his luck and had to check his ticket over and over again.

The ticket that had a six-figure prize cost the player only $10. The man bought it at the Corner Pantry store, located on West Dekalb Street in the town of Camden, Kershaw County.

“I’m more excited than ever,” said the winner.

The man bought a ticket for the ‘Silver & Gold’ game with which he chose his lucky numbers, according to the player.

It should be noted that in South Carolina, the player can keep his or her identity secret, as the state is among eleven places where lottery winners have the option to remain anonymous.

The same is possible for residents of Arizona, Delaware, Georgia, Kansas, Maryland, New Jersey, North Dakota, Ohio, Texas and Virginia.

The happy winner did not say what he plans to do with his new fortune, but he did comment that he will be able to make the projects he had in mind come true.

The odds of winning the $300,000 jackpot in the ‘Silver & Gold’ game were 1 in 840,000.

It has been confirmed that three of the game’s five jackpot-winning tickets have yet to be won.

On the other hand, the Corner Pantry store on Dekalb Street will receive an extra commission of $3,000 just for having sold the winning ticket.
