A property in Miami Beach, Florida, that once belonged to renowned actor Matt Damon, has just entered the real estate market. Its price is $65 million dollars, as it includes three continuous lots, two of them were from the actor.
The trio of properties are located on North Bay Road and comprise a total of 245 feet along the shoreline.
Damon bought the first pair in 2005 for $10.3 million and finally sold them in 2014, almost 10 years later, for $15.4 million. The happy buyer was Patrick Markert, CEO of AmeriSave Mortgage Corporation.
In 2020, Markert bought the third house for $8.2 million.
Although the price of $65 million dollars seems excessive, the spaciousness of the place and all the comforts inside must be taken into account.
In total the three properties have 63,000 square feet of living space and three docks. The sale of this property is being handled by agent Julian Cohen along with Douglas Elliman, but at the moment no photos have been shared that show the place in detail.
The new owner will be able to access a large house that was built in the 1930s and has five bedrooms, several bathrooms, a hallway, a living room, a great room, a dining room, a kitchen, a laundry room and other amenities. Among the luxuries of this house are a movie theater and a wine cellar.
In addition to the main house there is a guest house with two bedrooms.
Clearly the place also has extensive green areas, terraces, a swimming pool and many more. Without a doubt, all this property invites any billionaire to develop a great project.
