The actor and presenter Daniel Arenas published a video a few days ago showing details of his new apartment in Miami, Florida.
At the beginning of the video Arenas clarifies that he just moved to this property, so he needed to make arrangements and incorporate things that fit his needs and tastes.
In addition to choosing furniture, it was a priority for the 44-year-old Colombian to have a blind system that would leave the place dark to rest and also offer him privacy.
“One of the most important issues for me is privacy and darkness so I can rest after my long days of work,” wrote the ‘Hoy Día’ presenter.
This apartment is located on a high floor of one of the large and luxurious towers in Miami, so it has quite large windows that are a privilege and a punishment at the same time; However, he found the perfect solution.
The same publication was used to thank Casa Blinds Interior, the company in charge of the installation. He adds: “For the first time in my life I did not have to break a wall to have motorized blinds and Blackouts, also for the first time I control these devices from an app on my cell phone from anywhere in the world.”
Although Arenas made this publication for commercial purposes, it undoubtedly served for all his fans and other curious people to see details of his nine residence. It should be remembered that Arenas joined the ‘Hoy Día’ presenting team in January.
Much of the video was recorded from the kitchen, which is open-style with a center island, white and brown cabinets, and stainless steel appliances.
At the moment the living room is decorated with few elements, the furniture is white as is the floor and its walls.
Arenas also has access to a private balcony with views of neighboring buildings and the city of Miami in general.
The apartment is not very spacious but has enough space to rest and entertain.
