The musician Bono has not only invested his time and talent in the development of his rock band U2 or in his political struggles, he has also invested money in businesses and projects with the aim of multiplying it.
It was recently announced that the U2 vocalist is one of the investors in a modern mansion that is being built in Hollywood Hills, California, more specifically above the Sunset Strip.
The construction of this property has attracted the attention of many for its original design and large extension, now Bono’s participation is added financially. All this according to information shared by ‘The Hollywood Reporter’.
This mansion is designed by architect Noah Walker and its development is carried out by Plus Development Group. It is considered one of the most ambitious projects that have been developed in the area in recent years.
Its architectural modernity will surely make it sell for millions of dollars, which will surely leave Bono a significant profit.
At the moment none of those involved have shared photos that show the property in detail; However, thanks to photos shared by ‘The Hollywood Reporter’, it is presumed that it will have a main house, a guest house and outdoor areas.
Outside there will be green areas, a swimming pool, a terrace and other spaces ideal for sharing outdoors with family or friends.
Architect Noah Walker has been the designer of many properties in Los Angeles and other parts of the world. One of those residences is located in Brentwood and was purchased in 2021 by Scooter Braun.
Braun once paid $65 million for the property, which became the most expensive residential deal in the history of this area.
