But everything changed when, a few days ago, he ate a piece of toast while working, which caused his bosses to get upset and decide to fire him, as if he had committed a serious offense, without termination.

Faced with this injustice, the affected person filed a lawsuit against his employers before the Local Conciliation and Arbitration Board. Once his case was analyzed, a judge determined that the restaurant’s duel must pay him the amount of 455,000 pesos (about $26,000 dollars) for the concept of lost wages, settlement and the proportional amount that corresponds to him for bonus, vacation bonus and bonus. antiquity.
