The forward and all-time top scorer of the Tigres de la UANL explained that he made the decision to delay the surgery until the summer of this year so as not to affect the club’s offensive scheme because he will have to remain out for about five weeks while he fulfills his their treatment and rehabilitation.
“At the beginning of the preseason I thought ‘I’m going to France to have surgery’, they told me ‘it’s five weeks’ and I told them ‘no, I’d better hold on’.
