American football player Christian McCaffrey and his partner, model Olivia Culpo, have decided to put the mansion they have in Mooresville, North Carolina, up for sale.

The property recently entered the market for $12.5 million, which represents an increase on the $7.5 million that McCaffrey paid for the place in 2020. It should be noted that at the time this purchase was a record in Mooresville.

This residence is built on a nearly 9-acre lot located along the shores of Lake Norman. One of its greatest attractions is its resemblance to a French castle, a feature achieved by JJ Barja of Elite Design Group.

Construction on the site was completed in 2019, so McCaffrey and Culpo were able to enjoy a newly built home. The facade of the place was made with stucco, stone and wood.

The main house is 11,831 square feet spread over three floors with six bedrooms, seven full bathrooms, two half bathrooms, foyer, living room, great room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and other amenities.

Among the luxuries we have to mention the gym, a wine cellar, cinema room, sauna, security room and more.

Also worth highlighting are the interior details that make it look like a palace: the lobby has a 60-foot-high tower-style ceiling, hardwood floors, curved staircase made of wrought iron, large windows, two-way fireplace, some wood-paneled walls, two-story walk-in closet in master bedroom and more.

In addition to the main house there is a garage with capacity for three vehicles and a guest house with all the necessary amenities.

Outside there are green areas with a terrace, saltwater pool, spa area, fire pit and other ideal spaces to enjoy the outdoors.

Additionally, one of the most attractive features of this property is that it has direct access to a private beach and dock.

It must be said that this mansion is being offered on the market at the same time that McCaffrey is preparing to play in the Super Bowl with his team the San Francisco 49ers.
