The New York Knicks will lose their star player Julius Randle for at least three weeks of action, after dislocating his right shoulder in the duel on Saturday, January 27 against the Miami Heat.

The New York Knicks forward will be out at least until All-Star weekend.

Randle’s injury occurred after a hard fall while driving toward the basket with the ball near the end of the Knicks’ victory over Miami. He underwent several tests and has been given some treatment options.

Randle averages 24 points, 9.2 rebounds and 5 assists. The Knicks went 14-2 in January and have won eight straight.
