American actress Haylie Duff has decided to put the house in Austin, Texas, that she bought four years ago, up for sale. The home is currently available for $3.25 million dollars.

Duff, sister of Hilary Duff, purchased this property with the intention of leaving Los Angeles, California, to move to her hometown. However, it seems that she has put this idea aside and already wants to get rid of the residence.

Although Duff purchased this property around 2020, it is not known what the exact price he paid was, although the last time it was available on the market it was for just over $1 million.

The site was built in 2013 and its entire development was carried out by Eppright Homes, LLC. The property occupies a 1-acre lot and its facade stands out for having cream-colored stucco and a terracotta roof.

The main house is 4,200 square feet spread over two floors with four bedrooms, four bathrooms, foyer, living room, great room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and other amenities.

Inside, highlights include its double-height lobby, a curved staircase, coffered ceilings, arched doors, large windows, hardwood floors and more.

The kitchen is super modern in style with quartz countertops, double islands, white cabinets and is equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances.

In addition to the main house there is a garage with capacity for four vehicles. There are also green areas to enjoy outdoors.

The property is located in a private community that offers a series of benefits and common areas to its tenants, for example a swimming pool and golf club. For the maintenance and operation of these services, each owner must pay a monthly payment of $440 dollars.
