Puerto Rican María Celeste Arrarás has just bought a luxury apartment in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. The announcement was made by the same journalist through her Instagram account.
This announcement was made together with the construction company that will be in charge of erecting the Rivera Costeña building, which is a modern residence complex that is inspired by nature and has aspirations of becoming the best resort on the island.
The television presenter is one of the first buyers of the place that is still under construction.
Arrarás will turn this place into your vacation property, there is even the possibility of renting it to other people to recover the money invested.
In addition to its modern design and multiple amenities, this building stands out for being in a central area of Punta Cana. The Punta Cana International Airport is 10 minutes away, and several of the best beaches in the area are also within walking distance.
The journalist and presenter says: “I dreamed of having a property in the Dominican Republic, but I didn’t know where.” It seems that the Puerto Rican woman found the ideal place in this building plan, the one she was looking for all this time without knowing it.
In addition to showing off his new residence, Arrarás has also helped the construction company promote its project during this pre-sale stage.
During the video it is explained that Arrarás’s apartment will be in a corner of the building and will have a view of the green areas of the place. They also say that the construction of your apartment will be done exclusively, that is, it will be designed according to your tastes and needs.
For now, we have to wait for the construction to finish and the presenter to spend her first vacation in the place.
