Christian Horner, boss of Mexican driver Sergio ‘Checo’ Pérez in the Red Bull team, will face a hearing on Friday, February 9 in England for a complaint of inappropriate behavior.
The parties involved will give their version to independent investigators and the matter may be so serious that they will recommend whether or not the main team can continue leading the team.
The Red Bull company launched the investigation and said in a statement Monday that it is taking the allegation and investigation “extremely seriously.”
According to the German newspaper Bild and the British newspaper The Times, the complaint came from a female employee, who had received intimate images on her mobile phone.

Horner’s wife is ‘devastated’
Sources close to the case revealed that Geri Halliwell, former Spice Girl leader and Horner’s wife, is “devastated” by these allegations, but will show her unconditional support for her husband after a female member of the team accused him of being “controller”.
Halliwell threw his support behind Horner amid rumors suggesting this incident could be the epicenter of an internal power struggle at the team, with Horner possibly facing the brunt.
