American producer Anthony Zuiker has managed to sell his house in Malibu, California, for $15.3 million dollars. This sale is a great joy for the television producer, since he was trying to get rid of it for six months.

Originally this property entered the real estate market for $18.5 million dollars, although the lack of interested parties caused its price to be lowered to $17 million dollars.

Zuiker, known for being the creator and executive producer of the hit television series ‘CSI: Crime Scene Investigation,’ sold the place to Jay Brown, who is co-founder and CEO of Roc Nation.

It must be remembered that the television producer bought this home five years ago for just over $12 million dollars. Zuiker at the time bought the place from NBA player Kevin Durant.

According to ‘Robb Report’, the producer and his family never used this residence, so they have decided to get rid of it. In addition, it should be noted that in March of last year Zuiker paid $5.95 million dollars for a mansion in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The newly sold property is located on a cul-de-sac that offers a lot of privacy to its inhabitants. The main house has an area of 5,100 square feet distributed in four bedrooms, six bathrooms, hall, living room, main room, cinema room, library, dining room, wine cellar, kitchen, laundry room, gym and other amenities.

Of the interior, mention must be made of its French oak plank floors, four fireplaces, vaulted ceilings, large windows and more. On the other hand, the kitchen has white cabinets with marble countertops.

The new owner will be able to enjoy terraces with dining room, jacuzzi, fire pit and enough space to share outdoors with family or friends. In addition, you have direct access to the beach.
