Actor Roberto Palazuelos could lose his hotel in Tulum, Mexico, after a lawsuit filed against him by Lizbeth Romano. This lawsuit has been presented to the Attorney General’s Office of Mexico City.

Palazuelos is accused of “crimes of procedural fraud and dispossession committed in his grievance over land in Tulum.” It should be noted that one of the businesses that Palazuelos has in Tulum operates precisely on this land.

It is alleged that the actor deceived Romano, who filed the lawsuit, and a Judge in Mexico City by passing off his company Unión Zamática SA de CV as the agrarian owner of the land, according to information shared by ‘El Universal’.

The media have shared part of the legal reports: “after a review and search in the registry systems, no record of Roberto Palazuelos Badeoux with any current quality was found in the NCPE José María Pino Suárez agrarian nucleus, municipalities of Tulum, State of Quintana Roo, likewise, there was no record of registration of any procedure that was carried out as possessor and/or assignee with respect to plot 1746 of the aforementioned ejido.”

For now we have to wait and see what the authorities decide, although the truth is that everything seems to be against Palazuelos. In addition to the complaint, a video has also been shared in the media in which the actor forcibly removes Romano from the property.

It should be noted that Roberto Palazuelos has three luxury hotels in Tulum: El Diamante K, Ahau and Casa Agape.

These businesses make the actor feel very proud, since on different occasions he has spoken about them in the media and through his social networks he has flaunted each space.
