On February 17, through Oxygen, they published the docuseries called ‘Selena & Yolanda: The Secrets Between Them‘ after a special work that they did thanks to the collaboration of Yolanda Saldívar, who even mentioned some alleged secrets of the singer who has been murdered for almost 29 years.
Let us remember that Selena Quintanilla married Chris Pérez in 1992 and after so long the murderer of the ‘Baila esta cumbia’ performer mentioned something that they supposedly had in secret: “Somehow she told me that her father ( Abraham Quintanilla) introduced him to the doctor (Ricardo Martínez).”
“Selena told me it was love at first sight. Then I saw them and they were holding hands and kissing,” she added to Oxygen.
Yolanda added that getting to witness that “made her feel very uncomfortable.” In addition, she added the following: “I said ‘Chris (Pérez) is at home and I am here with you, what will your family say, will they believe that I am immersed in this’.”
Supposedly, the interpreter of ‘Como la flor’ “wanted and sought the love of another man.” For this reason, Saldívar stated: “I hid it thinking that I was doing him good and I wasn’t and part of that is my fault.”
“She kept telling me to stay with her: (she told me) ‘I know you, you’re going out, you’re going to be telling everyone what was happening with the doctor,’” he explained.
Not satisfied with all the details he had revealed, he ended up saying: “I felt like: ‘How dare you accuse me when I’ve kept all your secrets, what do you want me to do?’”
From the beginning, the murderer has tried to expose her “innocence” by making it known that under no circumstances would she have wanted to harm him: “And all I could think of to show my loyalty to her was to blow my brains out.”
Abraham Quintanilla, Selena’s father, offered an interview to TMZ to give his opinion on this new content: “Everything she says is nothing more than lies, and no one is going to believe what she has to say anyway.”
