The renowned actress Charlize Theron has just put up for sale the mansion in Hollywood Hills, California, which she has owned since 2004. The home is available on the market for $3.75 million.
With the sale of this property, the actress would be left with three houses in California. This means that Theron has built an enviable real estate portfolio.
The mansion currently for sale was purchased by the actress shortly after she won her first and only Oscar. It should be remembered that she received an award for playing Aileen Wuornos in the film ‘Monster’ (2003).
It is known that at the time Theron paid $3 million dollars for the place, this means that in 20 years there has not been a large increase in the residence.
This property was originally built in the 1960s, but in recent years renovations have been made to keep it in good condition. Its structure draws attention for being made of white stucco and a terracotta roof.
The main house is 3,100 square feet spread over two floors with three bedrooms, four bathrooms, foyer, living room, great room, movie theater, office, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and other amenities.
From the interior we have to mention its wooden floors, high ceilings, exposed wooden beams, large windows and more. On the other hand, the master bedroom is quite spacious with a private terrace, walk-in closets, spa-like bathroom with double vanities, windowed jetted tub, and a large glass shower.
In addition to the main house there is a garage with capacity for two vehicles and a motor court.
Outside there are green areas with a terrace, swimming pool, spa area, barbecue area, dining room and other ideal spaces to enjoy the outdoors with family or friends.
This property is put up for sale shortly after a bungalow that Theron briefly owned was put up for sale.
