In January of this year, the house in Bellevue, Washington, where Jeff Bezos founded Amazon, entered the real estate market. It was available for $2.28 million dollars.

Now, ‘Mansion Global’ has reported that the property has found a new owner and is currently in the final sales processes. At the moment it is unknown whether the sale will be for the same price with which it entered the market or not.

It is not surprising that the sale of this place took place in a month, since it is an important and historic property on a technological level. Proof of its importance is even evident when remembering that when Bezos lived there it was valued at just $135,000 dollars.

Bezos rented this property in the 90s and shared it with his now ex-wife Mackenzie Scott. But the house itself is not the most important thing, what could be considered a museum is the garage where the billionaire started Amazon.

The space is so iconic that it appears on a tour that Bezos took when his company had not yet become the giant it is today.

According to records, the last major renovation that was done to the house was in 2001. At the moment it is not known what the intentions or identity of the new buyer are.

At your disposal will be a 1,540 square foot home on one floor with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, hallway, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and other amenities. The selling agents noted that the garage remains almost the same as when Bezos used it.

This home was put up for sale shortly after Bezos officially announced his move from Seattle to Miami.
