Al-Nassr forward, Cristiano Ronaldo, could have his days numbered in professional football after his partner Georgina Rodríguez revealed that she could leave the discipline within a year or at most two.
During a conversation that Georgina Rodríguez had at the Paris Fashion Weekend, where she served as a model and even wore a shirt of Cristiano Ronaldo himself, the influencer was in conversations with other co-workers but a camera captured a conversation that apparently revealed more than what is due.
According to Rodríguez’s words, Cristiano Ronaldo would have a date to leave football and this could even arrive in less than a year.
“Cristiano one more year and then it’s over. Maybe two, I don’t know,” Rodríguez said towards one of the catwalk companions, in a video that went around the world due to the spontaneous and unexpected nature of the message.
At 39 years old, retirement seems closer than ever for Cristiano Ronaldo but in recent times the “revival” that he has enjoyed since his arrival in Saudi Arabia made one think that even the Bug would have the World Cup in the United States, Canada and Mexico as his final front. 2026.
However, Ronaldo’s main objective in the near future will be to face the upcoming Euro Cup Germany 2024 where he will seek his third title with the Portugal team, after those achieved in Euro 2016 and the UEFA Nations League of the 2018-2019 season.
In any case, at the club level, Cristiano maintains a contract with Al-Nassr until 2025 and could choose to fulfill it in its entirety, retire a year earlier or, failing that, complete his time at the Arab club and subsequently look for a final team, with 40 or 41 years that allows him to reach the next World Cup.
