Businesswoman Kylie Jenner and rapper Travis Scott have failed to sell the mansion in Beverly Hills, California, that they shared for a time. The place is currently available for $17.99 million dollars.
It must be remembered that the now ex-couple has been trying to sell this residence since October 2022, when it first entered the real estate market for $21.9 million dollars.
In April 2023 they decided to lower its price by $19.9 million dollars due to the lack of interested parties for months, but that reduction did not result in anything either. It should be said that in September of last year it was even said that the house had been sold, but the information was false or the negotiation fell through.
Now, it seems that the television personality and her ex-partner have changed agents and want to make a new attempt with the residence. The current person in charge of its sale is Josh Altman announced by Douglas Elliman.
It should also be remembered that this property occupies a 1.1-acre lot and was purchased by Jenner and Scott in 2018 for $14.4 million dollars.
For Altman, an agent also known for being part of the television show ‘Million Dollar Listing’, this residence is an architectural gem. And it is no wonder, because when the couple bought the place the modern main structure was newly built.
Its main house is immense with an area of 9,680 square feet distributed in seven bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, foyer, living room, great room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, bar, game room, movie room and other amenities.
In addition to the main house there is a garage with capacity for three vehicles.
Outside there are extensive green areas with a terrace, swimming pool, spa area, dining room, barbecue area and other spaces ideal for enjoying the outdoors. The green areas can also be enjoyed from any corner of the house, as there is an impressive view thanks to the large windows.
