Thanks to his successful tour, which he is currently presenting in South America and with which he seems to have recovered his best form, Luis Miguel unseated Taylor Swift, Madonna and U2 in Bloomberg’s Pop Star Power Rankings.
According to the list, the Mexican performer had a historic February, as he has grossed $73.6 million dollars and sold more than 248 thousand tickets during the last 30 days.
The 53-year-old singer was even the protagonist of the most lucrative recital in the history of Venezuela, since the one he offered on February 12 in Caracas raised more than $6.8 million dollars, according to the report.
Luis Miguel will return to Argentina, the country where he began his tour last year, now to offer five shows, four in Buenos Aires and one in Córdoba.
During 2024, “El Sol” has registered 17 sold-out performances in the Caribbean, Central and South America.
For the rest of the year he will not rest for even a month, and from March to November he will be in Uruguay, Brazil, Paraguay, the United States, Spain and Mexico.
He was expected to give a concert in La Paz, Bolivia, on March 28, but yesterday it was reported that it was canceled for logistical reasons.
