The Everett Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a 4-year-old boy who left his home with a family member, but did not return. Authorities believe that the disappearance occurs under “suspicious circumstances,” since the child may be in danger.

4-year-old Ariel Garcia was last seen on Wednesday, March 27 at 7:00 a.m. as she was leaving an apartment in the 4800 block of Vesper Drive, along Evergreen Way, south of Everett.

The authorities revealed that the infant left the home accompanied by a family member. Her mother was traveling, but she has already been located, and the police are in communication with her.

The child may be in danger

Likewise, they expressed that the disappearance of Ariel García occurs under “suspicious circumstances” and he could be in danger. The description of the minor in the Amber Alert published by Washington State Patrol is as follows:

Ariel García/Hispanic
Age: 4 years
Brown hair
Brown eyes
Height: 3″1′
Weight: 37
Clothes he was wearing: No description

“Everett Police Officers from Search and Rescue are actively searching for the child,” Everett Police wrote.

They continued: “He may be missing under suspicious circumstances after leaving the scene with a family member, and may be in danger. They are in communication with his mother and relatives.”

Police confiscate a car

Local residents were alarmed when they saw dozens of patrol cars surrounding the home of Ariel García’s family, as well as police tape that they placed in some areas to surround the house, the news outlet reported. KIRO 7.

The same media outlet added that a blue 2013 Nissan Sentra car may be associated with the missing child.

The vehicle was found in Clark County, which has a Washington license plate number CJC9954. Apparently, the police confiscated the car to continue the investigation into the whereabouts of Ariel García.
