Rapper Yung Miami, whose real name is Caresha Romeka Brownlee, is involved in her ex-boyfriend Sean “Diddy” Combs’ legal problems for allegedly transporting drugs for him.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the allegations about the rapper, who is part of the American hip hop duo City Girls, were added in an update to the lawsuit filed in February by Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones against Combs.
In 25 pages added to Jones’ filing this Monday and obtained by US media, the lawsuit states that the 54-year-old tycoon had a predilection for so-called “pink cocaine,” also known as “2C-B” or “tuci.” The drug is classified as phenylethylamine 2C-B and is a combination of ecstasy and cocaine.
According to the details, Diddy was getting the drugs from Brendan Paul, Diddy’s alleged drug mule, who was recently arrested. But when he forgot to bring the drugs, the businessman turned to Yung Miami as a source.
The additions to the lawsuit also reference rehearsals, presumably before the April 2023 Something in the Water Festival, hosted by Pharrell Williams, which took place in Virginia Beach. Diddy appeared alongside Pharrell on stage at the event.
“Plaintiff and the company Combs Rico were rehearsing for Something in the Westival in Virginia. Plaintiff Jones personally witnessed Mr. Combs doing lines of cocaine in his dressing room. “Defendant Sean Combs wanted you but Brendan forgot, so defendant Kristina Khorram called Yung Miami, who then flew him on the private jet from Miami,” the court filing says, as reported by XXL magazine.
In the new documents, Yung Miami was also mentioned as an alleged sex worker for the rapper, along with two other women, one of them Daphne Joy, 50 Cent’s former partner.
In the lawsuit, Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, 37, claims that the fashion and music mogul repeatedly sexually assaulted him during the time he was working on his latest album, from September to November 2022. He allegedly , Diddy touched his genitals in attempts to seduce him into sexual relations, he claims in the lawsuit.
Jones was also forced to solicit sex workers and then forced to perform sexual acts on them, according to the lawsuit, and says in the documents that he was subjected to unwanted sexual attention from actor Cuba Gooding Jr. and others. At one point, he was drugged, he claims in the filing, saying that in February 2023 he woke up dizzy and groggy with Combs and two sex workers.
Diddy has denied the allegations in Lil Rod’s initial lawsuit
On Monday, agents raided Grammy winner Combs’ homes in Los Angeles, New York and Miami as part of an ongoing investigation, with assistance from HSI Los Angeles, HSI Miami and local partners.
Combs’ attorney, Aaron Dyer, said Tuesday that the raids were based on multiple civil lawsuits filed against the rapper-mogul.
The complaint is now the fifth filed against the rapper since his former longtime partner and recording artist Cassie sued him in November for sexual assault and physical abuse.
