The 2024 Major League Baseball season kicked off with great excitement this Thursday, March 28, featuring a series of action-packed games and highlights. One of the most anticipated debuts was that of Shohei Ohtani with the Los Angeles Dodgers, a moment that attracted the attention of fans around the world.

In total, 13 games were played in different stadiums, where some matches were high-scoring, while others were decided by minimal differences, demonstrating the emotion and unpredictability that characterizes baseball.

One of the most exciting confrontations was between the Houston Astros and the New York Yankees, where players such as Oswaldo Cabrera stood out, who hit a home run and scored two runs, Alex Verdugo, who drove in the go-ahead run, and Juan Soto, who scored an excellent defensive play in the ninth inning to secure the Yankees’ 5-4 victory over the Astros.
