For many years, T-Mobile has been the wireless carrier of choice for the Hispanic community in the United States due to its unmatched combination of affordable pricing, valuable benefits and bilingual customer service – all on the nation’s fastest 5G network. .

“Hispanic families are looking to save, but they don’t want to sacrifice quality and benefits,” said Diego Osuna, senior manager of Hispanic segment marketing for T-Mobile. “So what we do at T-Mobile to maintain and grow this leadership position is listen to the consumer.”

One of the great advantages of being a T-Mobile customer is that they have, from the US to Mexico, unlimited text messages, calls and data, just like when they travel to that country.

For the other countries in Latin America such as El Salvador, Guatemala, Colombia, Brazil and more, text messages are unlimited. And when traveling for a visit or business, the Go5G Next and Go4G Plus plans include 5GB of high-speed data included.

According to the T-Mobile website, roaming is the use of cellular data services on a mobile device outside the home network coverage area in the United States. But with T-Mobile’s Go5G plans, there’s no additional cost to use data while traveling.

“When you are with T-Mobile and decide to travel to Latin America, our plans will not incur roaming costs in 21 countries,” Osuna explained.

The T-Mobile website explains that it cannot be used for extended international use, that customers must live in the United States and keep the majority of usage on the home network.
T-Mobile is proud to be the “Un-carrier” by breaking the rules that other companies dare not to improve service to their customers.

Some of the changes have been providing contract-free phone services and benefits for customers through Magenta Status and T-Mobile Tuesdays.

Magenta Status is a customer program that includes unique offers and experiences on brands and services such as hotels, car rentals, concerts, movie tickets and more that was launched this year.
According to T-Mobile, all Magenta Status benefits can add up to more than $1,500 in added value annually.

The T-Mobile Tuesdays program has been popular with customers since it started in 2016 because every Tuesday customers receive free services and offers just for being a customer.

Some of T-Mobile Tuesdays’ popular services and offers include: 10% cash back at participating restaurants every Tuesday, free Little Caesar’s Crazy Combo with pizza purchase, $0.10 off per gallon (up to 20 gallons of gas ) from Fuel Rewards at Shell, and a free year of the MLB TV annual subscription where customers can watch major league baseball games in the United States.

Other benefits just for being a customer are: free Netflix that is included with most plans; while free Hulu and Apple TV+ are included with the Go5G Next and Magenta Max plan.
“We like people to do their math and see how much they are truly saving with the benefits and experience of T-Mobile networks that they get,” Osuna added.

T-Mobile currently has a network of stores throughout the country where Latino customers can be welcomed with open arms and speak with Spanish-speaking mobile experts.

Customer service in Spanish is also available by phone at 1-800-937-8997.
Osuna explained that the company launched a program so that people who have consular registration can qualify for a T-Mobile postpaid service account; They are also looking for a way to support international students or people who come to the country with a work visa.

“We want to reduce the barriers so that Latino customers have high-quality cell phone services,” explained Osuna, who recalled that his mission is to bring T-Mobile service to the largest number of people in the Hispanic community.

“We are committed to bringing these excellent plans to the Hispanic community, full of benefits and with the largest and fastest 5G network in the United States.”
