The fight between Ryan García and his rival Devin Haney continues to heat up before their dispute on April 20 at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn and now The Dream made a serious accusation against King Ry that did not go unnoticed by any of the boxing fans.
Through his account on the social network checking.
“Ryan started drinking coke or alcohol again… Yesterday he was tested at the Voluntary Anti-Doping Association (VADA). @Vada_Testing go check it out!,” she commented.
Some agreed with Haney for the “crazy” behavior that García has shown in recent weeks, while others believe that he should focus more on the fight and not so much on what may happen outside the ring.
And it is not the first time that García has been linked to alcohol or cocaine. In 2021 he confessed to having experienced great depression that led him to excessive drug use, so he had to pause his career for a few months to focus on his addiction.
Haney’s accusation comes after García appeared on social media for several days with a long-suffering personality and problems, which many have even described as mental.
In the first publication that raised the alarms of all his followers, García published that he had been “murdered” and that “his body would never be found,” while days later he has starred in other controversies, from promising that he would give $1,000,000 to each inhabitant of the United States if he becomes a presidential candidate, such as appearing crying in a Tik Tok live stream.
Despite all the problems, the fight between Haney and García is still on and is expected to be one of the most striking of all of 2024 along with the one also agreed between Saul “Canelo” Álvarez and Jaime Munguía on May 4.
