Fried fish is tasty and in addition to the rich variety of spices, they are crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside, very versatile because they can be accompanied with rice, potatoes and many other foods.

In the Caribbean, fried fish is served with a variety of salads, fried green bananas and a generous splash of lemon.

Although fried fish is very easy to prepare, there are some popular tips that can improve the texture, such as dredging it in corn flour before frying to make it crispier.

But if it is a battered fish, Directo al Paladar shares some tricks on its website to further enhance the flavor of the fish.

One of the great secrets to making the fish crispy is to use wheat flour with a touch of baking powder to coat the fish, to make it crispy and spongy at the same time.

Another tip that DAP offers is to make a mixture of seasonings to add to the flour with which the fish will be coated, to enhance the flavors.

It is a touch of garlic powder, paprika, chili powder, onion powder, pepper, lemon pepper seasoning, ginger, curry powder, Chinese 5-spice mix, and cumin.
