After celebrating his 24th birthday, last Wednesday, March 27, singer Natanael Cano was arrested by municipal authorities of Hermosillo, Sonora, for driving at excessive speed.
It is worth mentioning that prior to this incident, the Mexican showed off his birthday gifts on his social networks through a video: a red Camaro as well as two metallic blue Porsches. After this, the same singer showed the way in which he “tested” one of these vehicles with another clip.
However, and after the previous videos, the same singer used his official Instagram account again to reveal that he had been detained by municipal police in the capital of Sonora. Given this, Cano uploaded one more clip in which he was seen bribing the authorities with a wad of bills on the condition that they let him continue maneuvering in what appears to be a parking lot.

What did the municipal police do in the face of Natanael Cano’s bribery?
After throwing the wad of money on the ground, you can see how the uniformed officers pick up said bills and leave the place, causing the Mexican to continue performing maneuvers at high speed.
The series of videos went viral in a short time through various platforms evidencing the actions of Natanael Cano, who was criticized by a large number of people. Likewise, dozens of Internet users showed their discontent towards the Hermosillo police officers by “allowing themselves” to be bribed.
After this, the Sonora Prosecutor’s Office began an investigation into the event that continued with the removal of the agents from their jobs: “The agents involved were removed from the operational area, pending the control body to carry out the procedure and the corresponding investigation.” .
After the controversy raised by Natanael Cano, the Mexican himself decided to clarify the situation by issuing an apology through his social networks.
“Good morning, Nata competes here reporting to me, sending this message to the entire municipal police of Hermosillo, Sonora. Due to the events that have happened, for which I have already received fines, for which things are already being fixed, I would love to speak with the commissioner personally to ask for an apology.”
Finally, the performer of corridos tumbados tried to justify his actions by mentioning that he was a great fan of cars: “You have to be calm, guys, we’re here… One is a lover of vehicles, of cars, my dad was a mechanic, I love them.” the cars… and I wish you all the best.”
So far, and after Cano’s statement, local authorities have not issued any type of response.
