A house in Woodland Hills, California, that for several years served as the primary residence for Oracene Price, the mother of Venus and Serena Williams, has just entered the real estate market.
It is known that the property was bought by the famous sisters in 2005, precisely to give it to their mother. It finally sold in 2019 for just under $2 million.
Now, the residence has returned to the market for a price of $4.64 million. The agents in charge of its sale are Colt Maloney and Edward Faktorovich of Figure 8 Realty.
The house is built on a 1.4 acre lot. Among its main features is privacy.
The main house is 6,000 square feet spread across seven bedrooms, five full bathrooms, foyer, living room, great room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and other amenities.
Of the interior, mention must be made of its vaulted ceilings, wooden floors and modern style. According to agents, the place was recently remodeled. The kitchen is gourmet style and equipped with high-end appliances.
Although the interior of the property has all the luxuries and comforts you dreamed of, the truth is that the protagonist of the property is its outdoor areas. It has paths, courts, swimming pool, spa area, terrace and other ideal spaces to enjoy with family or friends.
“Beyond the secure gates of this expansive 1.4-acre flagship lot awaits a serene retreat, accessible via a private winding driveway enveloped by majestic trees and lush landscaping,” the agents write in the sale announcement.
In addition to the main house there are three independent garages.
It is unknown who the current residents of the residence are.
