Television personality Ariana Madix now owns a home in Hollywood Hills, California, which she purchased as she continues to fight for the home she shared during her relationship with Tom Sandoval.
It must be remembered that the couple separated last year and for a few months they had to live together, although it was not what they wanted. Even the house they bought in Los Angeles, California, has brought them problems, because she wants to sell it and split the profit in half.
While everything is legally resolved, Madix has not remained calm and has bought a new property, but to do so she had to request a loan of $800,000 from a mortgage company.
According to ‘The Sun’, the star of the reality show ‘Vanderpump Rules’ will have to pay that $800,000 over 30 years. The media did not give the name of the company from which it requested the loan.
Although Madix seems to have one less problem, the truth is that she and her lawyers must continue working on the case over the property she shared with Sandoval.
What is Ariana Madix’s new house like?
It is known that Ariana Madix is currently traveling for work commitments, but it is believed that she will move to the new residence very soon.
This new house was originally built in the 1960s, but last year an ambitious renovation project was completed that has left the place in perfect condition.
Madix will be able to enjoy a house distributed over two floors with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, hall, living room, main room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and other amenities.
It is not known if she will be willing to invest money to decorate the interiors to her liking and to combine it with the existing wooden floors, large windows and other details.
