Arsenal continue their fight for the Premier League title with a crucial 3-2 victory over Tottenham Hotspur in the north London derby. The Gunners dominated the first half with goals from Bukayo Saka, Emile Smith Rowe and Kai Havertz, taking advantage of two Tottenham errors and showing great effectiveness in front of goal.

However, Tottenham reacted in the second half and closed the gap with goals from Cristian Romero and Son Heung-min. Arsenal suffered in the final minutes, but finally managed to hold on to the result and take the three points.

Arsenal started the game with great intensity and putting high pressure on Tottenham. The Gunners soon took the lead thanks to an own goal from Hojbjerg in the 15th minute. Saka took a corner and the ball deflected off the Danish defender before entering the goal.

Tottenham tried to react, but Arsenal were very solid in defense and controlled the game. The Gunners extended their lead in the 27th minute with a great goal from Saka. The English winger received a deep ball from Havertz, ran down the right wing and finished with a low shot that slipped under the goalkeeper’s legs.

Just a few minutes later, Arsenal scored the third goal. Declan Rice took a corner and Havertz headed past Vicario. The 3-0 came when Tottenham had only had one shot on goal.

Romero made it 3-1 in the 59th minute with a header after a corner kick and Son Heung-min made the score 3-2 in the 72nd minute with a penalty.
